    Product Manager – Growth and Marketing

    We are looking for a Product Manager – Growth and Marketing to join our growing start-up and contribute towards scaling and improving the DRO Health products.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive growth across DRO Health’s entire customer journey. They will help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a customer base.

    Location: Remote from Nigeria

     Key responsibilities

    • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Sales and Marketing) to optimize conversions across the acquisition and retention funnels.
    • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns; and retention strategies.
    • Develop marketing plans for DRO Health’s mobile and web platforms and execute campaigns to drive usage of our platforms.
    • Work with product and engineering to design A/B experiments with data-driven hypotheses to identify new audience opportunities.
    • Contribute towards social media marketing in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer.
    • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive engagement, in collaboration with DRO Health’s content manager.
    • Define and execute go-to-market strategies and organizational coordination for feature/product launches.
    • Use quantitative methods, models, and research to help DRO Health better understand its user behaviours.
    • Develop, test, and iterate on strategies to grow adoption and subscriber revenue growth using a variety of tactics and tools. 
    • Own and execute your ideas - from participating in design thinking to crafting the messaging to best speak to DRO Health’s target customers.
    • Measure, track and provide detailed reports on the impact of our growth marketing efforts.

     Experience and skills required

    • Experience in digital and growth marketing, especially involving mobile and web app products.
    • Solid product management skills; ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
    • A true Love for data and a working knowledge of Product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PostHog)
    • Must be a fast learner and have a good level of technical knowledge & skills.
    • Strong time management skills
    • Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Calm even in the face of chaos, have a can-do attitude, and follow up on pending queries.
    • Must be able to work remotely and have the necessary tools to do so (Laptop, fast internet, etc.)
    • Ability to manage expectations.
    • Recognizes the power in saying ‘I don’t know’
