Product Manager at DKT International

Reports to: Medical Marketing Manager

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Development of brochures and other pharma marketing materials aiming at healthcare providers and consumers.
• Aiding sales efforts by training field staff on medical marketing aspects and on the job training accompanying sales reps.
• Train sales teams on all product aspects and on the correct and effective use of all marketing materials.
• Develop strategies, marketing and sales plans, and promotional mix to meet product category objectives vis-a-vis healthcare providers and customer needs.
• Analyse market, competitive conditions, business intelligence as well as healthcare knowledge and consumer insights.
• Deliver unique value product category propositions based on customer demand.
• Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities.
• Monitor business performance and external environment to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm or a related field.
• A relevant Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing with minimum 3 years of Product Management experience
• Strong understanding and experience of pharmaceutical and OTC marketing
• Great writing, communication, presentation and analytical skills. Team player.
• Be self-motivated & able to adapt to changing priorities with strong attention to detail
• Be hard-working, well organised & commercially focused.
