Product Development Officer at People Capacity Management

Responsibilities

• Continuously control production costs, and identify/rectify waste measures.
• Ensure the achievement of the production budget
• Development of new product
• Achieved Good Manufacturing practices
• Determine quality control standards and ensure health and safety regulations are met
• Ensure 100% adherence to the policy in PPE

Qualification

• Minimum of B.Sc in Pharmacy or Pharmacology
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a pharmaceutical company

Skills required:

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Must be able to research drug action, interaction, and combination
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and coordinate a team
• Product development skills
