Manage purchase order issuance for import related direct, indirect, spares and machineries to cover all import requirements in line with the company purchasing guidelines.
Responsibilities
Obtain, review quotes and prepare price comparison
Documentation and creation of import purchase orders timely and vendor creation for all Foreign suppliers
Assist the technical buyer and procurement manager on planning and material import processes
Execute, document and follow up imported spares and machinery jobs orders
Prepare purchase reports of stakeholders for decision making and maintain database for suppliers
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Business Administration or any of Social Sciences or Management
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in procurement in a manufacturing environment
