Key Responsibilities
Procurement Planning:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.

Supplier Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Sourcing and Negotiation:

• Source materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.

Inventory and Logistics Coordination:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the storekeeper to ensure stock availability.
• Arrange transportation and delivery schedules for purchased materials.

Quality Assurance:

• Inspect and verify the quality of materials upon delivery to ensure they meet specifications.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.

Cost Management:

• Monitor procurement expenses and ensure alignment with project budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present regular procurement reports to management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 3 years experience.
