We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of quality goods and services that support business operations in the FMCG sector.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years proven work experience as a Procurement Officer/Executive, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
Excellent knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
Good understanding of sourcing strategies, market research, and cost analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/procurement software.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Experience handling imports, logistics, and customs clearance (for companies with international sourcing).
Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
