Procurement Executive at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a proactive Procurement Executive with experience in procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor sourcing, onboarding, and performance
• Process PRs and POs within SLA timelines
• Monitor inventory across warehouses and retail outlets
• Track stock movement and coordinate product distribution
• Generate procurement, inventory, and MIS reports
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Technical, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management
• Experience sourcing telecom devices such as MiFi devices, routers, modems, SIM cards, and accessories
• Strong knowledge of Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes
• Proficiency in Tally, JIRA, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong MIS reporting, inventory control, and vendor management experience
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
