Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printing Operator with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining printing equipment. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various printing processes and machinery, a commitment to quality, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing machines (e.g., offset, digital, flexographic, or screen printing, depending on specialization) to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Interpret and follow job specifications, including color accuracy, layout, and materials.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure prints meet required standards and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of production, materials usage, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to meet client expectations and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an  HND / B.Sc Degree
• 3–4 years of proven experience as a Printing Operator in a commercial or industrial printing environment.
• Proficiency in operating printing equipment and understanding of printing techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, job tickets, and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, color perception, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• • Ability to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing technology is a plus.
