Job Summary

As our POS Agent, you will join a dynamic and supportive team. Your role will involve managing point-of-sale transactions and providing outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience and onboarding them.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues related to transactions, and efficiently handle sales transactions using POS systems, ensuring accuracy in cash and credit card processing.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, reporting shortages to management and prepare daily sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in training new team members on POS procedures and customer service standards and gather customer feedback to help improve service quality.

Requirements

• HND/BSC in any related field 
• Additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Minimum of a year's previous experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.

Salary

• N70,000.
