Plant Supervisor at Human Capacity Development Consultants (HCDC)

Job Description

• Oversee daily floor operations, administer employee schedules and supervise everyday production schedules
• Ensure a safe work environment is maintained during floor operations
• Ensure all tools required for production are available to increase efficiency and output
• Perform troubleshooting on plant equipment to resolve all issues.
• Prepare appropriate budgets and reports to be submitted to management
• Supervise efficient operations of all plant equipment to achieve all plant objectives.
• Prepare efficient plans for the purchase of all manufacturing materials
• Provide appropriate training to all employees to ensure an optimal level of performance and provide all hiring assistance.
• Maintain optimal quality of all products and recommend improvements to the production process for the same
• Manage inventory of all plant supplies and ensure accuracy in the same according to required policies and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills.
