Planning Support Officer at MacTay Consulting

Responsibilities

• Reporting on progress, resources, finance, or costings
• Overseeing projects, mitigating risks, and solving issues
• Quality assurance, for example through collating data, auditing or compliance checks
• Scheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project team
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Updating project records

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND, HND or B.Sc.
• Candidates must have strong analytical skills
• Candidates must be a lady not older than 26 years old
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience.
• Proficient with the use of Excel and other Office Suites
• Proximity to Mushin or its environs
• Fluent in English
