Planning Coordinator / Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule technician interventions based on priorities.
- Centralise installation/repair requests.
- Coordinate communication between technicians and support teams.
- Monitor real-time execution and reassign resources if needed.
- Validate work orders and field reports.
- Produce operational KPIs and activity reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Experience in dispatching or field coordination.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with planning/ticketing tools.
