Job Description

• A Physical Education (PE) Teacher is responsible for teaching students about physical fitness, sports, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• This role involves planning and delivering engaging physical education programs, promoting teamwork and physical activity, and assessing students’ progress.
• Design and implement physical education curriculum for students.
• Organize and conduct physical activities, including sports and fitness exercises.
• Evaluate students’ physical performance and progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach lessons on physical fitness, sports, and health education.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for students to participate in physical activities.
• Monitor and assess students’ physical abilities and provide feedback.
• Organize and manage sports events and physical fitness programs.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a healthy lifestyle among students.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Teaching certification and relevant state licensing.
• Strong knowledge of physical education principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to engage in physical activities.

Salary
N70 000 - N80 000 / month
