    Pharmacy Business Unit Lead - Lekki

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pharmacy Operations Lead to manage daily operations across designated pharmacies, including Hospital Pharmacies and Central Medical Stores The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service while driving operational excellence within their assigned territory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage procurement, inventory, client engagement, and staff development.
    • Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and operational plans.
    • Supervise pharmacy staff, conduct onboarding, and facilitate training.
    • Collaborate with teams to achieve operational targets and quality standards.
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels, minimize losses, and ensure proper storage of medicines.
    • Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
    • Address patient and stakeholder concerns while maintaining transparent communication.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
    • Professional qualifications  are an added advantage.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in pharmacy management or healthcare services.
    • Medication Management & Dispensing: Ensuring accurate and efficient drug administration.
    • Inventory Management & Drug Forecasting: Maintaining optimal stock levels and forecasting needs.
    • Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Adhering to legal standards and ensuring high-quality services.
    • Vendor Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships.
    • Cost Management & Budgeting: Controlling expenses and optimizing budgets.

    Requirements
