Job Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• The candidate will also be involved in designing, installing, testing and maintaining production equipment and systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring safety and efficiency of the production staff.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc or in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• 3 or more years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a production or engineering role
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), quality control, and validation methods
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure and with minimal supervision.
