We are seeking a highly capable, smart, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive schedules, including meetings and appointments
Book flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements
Draft professional letters, emails, and documents
Make calls and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain and organize records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office tools
Provide ad hoc support as required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
