Job Description

• We are seeking a highly capable, smart, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive schedules, including meetings and appointments
• Book flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements
• Draft professional letters, emails, and documents
• Make calls and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and organize records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office tools
• Provide ad hoc support as required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar role 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Comfortable working closely with a male executive
