Key Responsibilities

• Track implementation of performance recommendations and actual performance of assigned targets.
• Monitor improvements in KPIs post-implementation.
• Support the development of performance intervention strategies.
• Facilitate a performance feedback loop with business units.
• Maintain performance action trackers and escalate deviations.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. in Business Admin, Economics, or related field;
• 2-4 yrs experience in performance tracking;
• Detail-oriented with good coordination skills.
• Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset.
• Results-oriented and driven to achieve organisational objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
