    Performance & Culture Lead

           Role Description

    • Manage performance review process
    • Lead target setting efforts
    • Drive and provide administrative support for ongoing feedback (Daily Stand-ups, Weekly Priorities Check-ins, Monthly Feedback & Coaching, Quarterly 360 Reviews etc.)
    • Develop & implement strategies for employee engagement and retention 
    • Create and / or update policies, procedures, and guidelines as needed
    • Manage and execute events in the HR Calendar (Townhalls, Wellness Weeks, Offsites, Stay Interviews, Year-end Events)
    • Drive HR Communication (Newsletters etc.)
    • Act as a Frontline Shared Values Champion

           Impact - 6 months

    • Train Managers and direct report on performance mgt.
    • Track performance progress
    • Complete 2 cycles of performance feedback  
    • Create/Revise/update Performance management policy

          KPIs

    • Unforseen Turnover rate for high performers 
    • Performance Review completion rate 
    • Employee performance index*
    • % of Target achievement 
    • % of contentious Reviews

          Qualifications & Pay

    • Degree (First class or 2nd class upper  preferred)
    • 3+ years experience in performance and culture 
    • Power user of Performance mgt. Apps & Tools
    • HR Certification is a plus 

          Key Attributes

    • Familiarity with all HR functions
    • Proactive and innovative 
    • Ability to advocate for both managers and direct reports 
    • Excellent communicator
    • Tech-savvy
