Role summary

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Assist with disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations, recognition, health insurance, occupational health and safety, training and development.
• Promote People Operations programs to create an efficient and positive workplace
• Assist in the development and implementation of policiesRequirements
• Minimum of First Degree in any recognized university
• At least 5 years working experience as HR professional post
• Proactive, Intelligent, self-driven and creative problem solver.
• Relevant certification from a reputable professional institution e.g CIPM
• Excellent communication and people skills.
