People Intern at The People Practice

We are looking to hire a motivated People Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity is designed for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and people operations. The People Intern will have the chance to contribute to HR projects, learn about talent acquisition, employee relations, and other HR functions, and play a vital role in supporting our people-centric initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Update the HRIS with new employee information.
• Gather payroll data like leaves and bank accounts
• Support in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with maintaining HR records and databases.
• Contribute ideas for wellness initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
• Performed other people related tasks.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years experience in related field.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
