    People & Culture Manager (Performance Management)

    About the Role

    • Strivo Labs is seeking a seasoned People & Culture Manager with strong expertise in performance management, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.
    • The ideal candidate will lead our culture-building initiatives, drive performance frameworks, and ensure that people operations support high-growth business objectives.
    • This role requires a proactive leader who understands modern HR strategy, is highly data-driven, and can partner with cross-functional teams to foster engagement, productivity, and professional growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    Performance Management & Talent Development:

    • Design, implement, and manage company-wide performance evaluation frameworks, OKRs, KPIs, and competency models.
    • Lead quarterly and annual performance review cycles, including calibration, documentation, and performance feedback processes.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers on goal-setting, performance feedback, and leadership behaviors.
    • Identify skill gaps and create development plans that align with business priorities.
    • Lead talent mapping, succession planning, and high-performer identification.

    Culture & Employee Experience:

    • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, inclusiveness, and continuous improvement.
    • Design engagement initiatives, employee programs, and company culture activities.
    • Champion employee well-being and workplace satisfaction.
    • Ensure People policies reflect company values and employee needs.

    HR Strategy & Operations:

    • Advise leadership on people strategy, workforce planning, and organisational design.
    • Manage onboarding and integration programs to enhance employee experience.
    • Build and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
    • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labour regulations.

    Data & Analytics:

    • Establish HR metrics dashboards (turnover, retention, productivity, etc.).
    • Use data insights to drive decisions on talent, performance outcomes, and workforce capability.
    • Prepare periodic reports and recommendations for leadership and management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5–8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years dedicated to performance management or organisational development.
    • Proven experience in implementing HR performance frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, or similar).
    • Strong understanding of talent development, leadership coaching, and competency models.
    • Demonstrated success building high-performance cultures within fast-paced environments.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with HR tech tools (BambooHR, Zoho People, Notion, Airtable, HR analytics dashboards, etc.).
    • Experience in consulting, technology, fintech, or high-growth startup environments is an advantage.
