• Develop new pastry recipes and seasonal dessert menus.
• Ensure accurate measuring, mixing, and baking techniques for consistent quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section at all times.
• Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and temperature control regulations.
• Operate and maintain pastry equipment such as mixers, ovens, and decorating tools.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and timely dessert delivery.
• Manage portion control, minimize waste, and maintain cost-effectiveness in production.
