JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods following recipes and presentation standards.
• Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items to delight customers and enhance the bakery’s offerings.
• Ensure high quality and consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all baked products.
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, ordering as needed to maintain stock levels.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and baking area.
• Train and supervise junior pastry staff and kitchen assistants in baking techniques and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to coordinate timely preparation and delivery of desserts.
