Responsibitlies

• Prepare and produce a wide range of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and baked goods.
• Develop new recipes and seasonal dessert offerings.
• Ensure all products meet established standards for taste, texture, appearance, and presentation.
• Manage daily pastry production and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes and production requirements.
• Decorate and present cakes, pastries, and desserts to a high professional standard.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize food waste.
• Ensure the pastry section is clean, organized, and compliant with food-safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
