    Partnership/Sales Closer

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a strategic, persuasive, and results-driven Partnership & Sales Closer to identify, engage, and secure high-value partnerships across the lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and related sectors. The ideal candidate will conduct sector research, identify key decision-makers, develop compelling proposals, pitch partnership opportunities, and successfully close deals that drive revenue and brand growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Research & Market Intelligence

    • Conduct in-depth research across lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and emerging sectors to identify potential high-value partners.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor partnerships, and sector opportunities.
    • Build and maintain a database of prospective brands, influencers, and corporate partners.

    Lead Generation & Outreach

    • Identify and approach key decision-makers (CEOs, Brand Managers, Marketing Directors, etc.).
    • Initiate contact through email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking events.
    • Develop tailored outreach strategies for different industries.

    Proposal Development & Pitching

    • Develop compelling partnership proposals aligned with company objectives.
    • Customize pitch decks and presentations based on partner needs.
    • Clearly communicate value propositions, ROI potential, and collaboration benefits.
    • Lead meetings, presentations, and negotiation sessions.

    Sales Closing & Deal Structuring

    • Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and deliverables.
    • Close deals and ensure proper documentation of agreements.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership revenue targets.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.

    Relationship Management

    • Maintain strong relationships with secured partners.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Monitor partnership performance and ensure deliverables are met.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or B2B sales.
    • Proven track record of successfully closing partnership or sponsorship deals.
    • Strong understanding of lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and consumer brands.
    • Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive revenue targets.
