Principal Accountabilities/Objectives:

• Assist in data collection and report generation.
• Help track partner performance indicators.
• Maintain partner documentation and logs.
• Support incident follow-ups and task coordination.
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Task completion accuracy >90%.
• Timeliness of report updates and documentation accuracy >95%.
• Contribution to operational process improvements.
• Learning milestone achievement per quarter

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Engineering, or IT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Interest in telecoms, cloud, or digital services.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and teamwork.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
