    Partner & Customer Relationship Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and build relationships with the partner and concession stores for continued business growth.
    • Manage the Partner and foreign markets and ensure they meet their targets.
    • Build a strong relationship with the customers and ensure retention and customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate exhibitions and collaboration with concession stores in and outside the country.
    • Develop strategies to increase partners and sustain them for business growth.
    • Analyze customer's feedback, recommend and implement the same. 

    Requirements

    • First degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • 2-3 years work experience in Business Development
    • Ability to manage and build customer relationships for business growth.
    • Good communications skill
    • Willingness to travel
    • Passion for fashion
