Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Plant Engineer located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Outside Plant Engineer will be responsible for designing and maintaining the network infrastructure outside the central office.
• Daily tasks include conducting site surveys, overseeing OSP construction projects, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• This role requires close collaboration with other engineering teams to ensure seamless network operations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Outside Plant (OSP), OSP Engineering, and OSP Construction
• Experience in Network Design for outside plant infrastructure
• Ability to conduct detailed site surveys and maintain accurate documentation
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is advantageous
