Outlet Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and excellent customer experience.
- Supervise staff, manage schedules, and maintain discipline and performance standards.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure proper handling of inventory.
- Handle basic reporting, cash management, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in retail, QSR, or similar customer-facing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage staff and work in a fast-paced environment.
