Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Administrative Support/Debt Recovery Officer position based in Lagos.
• The role involves managing administrative tasks, providing operational support, overseeing and improving debt recovery, maintaining accurate Operational records, and liaising with agents/partners/regulators for service and debt-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• A confident and persuasive personality with great interpersonal skills is critical to succeeding in this role
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Debt collection experience is critical, including handling overdue accounts and negotiating payment arrangements.
• Analytical skills for processing financial data and identifying trends or insights. Intermediate Excel skill is must have.
• Capacity to manage multiple reporting lines is critical. The role reports to the MD and CM.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer software, including financial and administrative tools.
• Previous experience in a related role and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field are advantageous.
