Operations Support Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Officer to support field operations, ensure accurate data tracking, and drive efficient coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate daily activities of field agents
- Track operational data (activations, onboarding, reports)
- Maintain accurate records and prepare simple performance reports
- Ensure field teams follow processes and meet targets
- Assist in resolving field and customer-related issues
- Communicate updates between field teams and management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 0–2 years experience in operations, admin, or coordination role
- Must be available to resume immediately
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
