Operations Personnel at Botmot Nigeria Limited

Location: Abuloma, Rivers 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock movement, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Support production planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with operational policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine inspections of the cooling room and production areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to SOPs.
• Prepare operational documentation, reports, and activity summaries as required.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in operations within the FMCG, Agro Allied or Processing sector.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside around Abuloma or Trans Amadi; this is very important.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 per month.
