Job Description

• Oversee the management of all operational staff.
• Sustain high level ofoperational efficiency along designated routes.
• Oversee team responsible for management of bus passengers’ complaints and ensure gaps are closed.
• Track daily operational challenges and proffer appropriate solutions for these operational challenges.
• Manage processes directly and indirectly affecting road operations while collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with local, state, and federal traffic law enforcement officials, and other related government officials within the zone.
• Undertake any other duties consistent with the position and as required by management.
