Job Summary:

As our Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all business functions are efficiently coordinated and aligned with the company's strategic goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage operational strategies to achieve business goals and lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance efficiency and manage budgets and optimize expenses to improve profitability.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of supplies.
• Lead and manage operational projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within a hospital, spa, or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using operations management software and tools

Salary:
 N210,000- N250,000 Monthly
