As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily business operations, manage production and order fulfillment, and ensure efficient coordination across teams while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations including production, order processing, and delivery coordination
Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper product handling and storage

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within fashion, retail, or related sectors
Professional certification in Operations Management or Project Management is an advantage
Strong leadership, organizational, and process management skills
Good understanding of inventory management, production workflow, and customer service operations.
