They are seeking to hire an Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective execution of project plans, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and optimisation of operational processes to achieve company goals.
You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive operational excellence and contribute to the company's success in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize all operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflow, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
Lead a team of project managers, technicians, and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to coordinate project activities and resource allocation.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies at all times.
Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure reliable supply chain management.
Implement robust quality assurance processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure that all solar installations meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term growth strategies and business expansion initiatives.
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management, proven experience in the renewable energy industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
M aintains a commitment and enthusiasm to goal achievement
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of solar energy systems and technology is highly desirable.
