Job Summary

• The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and Nigerian regulations.
• The role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, controlling costs, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor operational performance using KPIs and prepare management reports
• Supervise, train, and evaluate operational staff and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Nigerian labor laws
• Coordinate with departments such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Sales
• Manage operational budgets and control costs
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
• Resolve operational issues and handle escalations promptly
• Drive continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in an operations or management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and workplace regulations (added advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
