Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee waste collection, recycling, and processing operations across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, manage resources, ensure compliance, and lead teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all facilities and ensure operational targets are met.
• Coordinate material inflow, stock management, and transfers to the Ilupeju processing plant.
• Monitor grinding operations, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
• Manage diesel usage, generators, and operational costs.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation of materials.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and operational reporting.
• Prepare operational budgets and monitor expenditure.
• Lead, coach, and supervise operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in operations management within manufacturing, recycling, waste management, or plastics.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
