Operations Assistant at BAFashion Shop

Position Summary

As an Operations Assistant, you will provide hands-on support across our factory operations, working closely with the Vendor Manager to supervise tailors, monitor vendor activities, and ensure smooth workflow from production to delivery. This role is ideal for proactive, organized individuals with strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Vendor Manager in coordinating daily factory operations and supervising tailors.
• Monitor, track, and report on vendor and tailor performance.
• Supervise and optimize vendor activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks across the supply chain.
• Maintain accurate documentation of supply movements and vendor interactions.

Requirements

• HND/ First degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or vendor coordination.
• Experience in fashion, manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts as required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proximity to the Ketu axis is mandatory

Compensation

• Net monthly salary: ₦150,000 – ₦170,000
