Job Summary

As our operations and logistics officer, you will be responsible for overseeing efficient coordination of operational and logistical activities. This role is critical in ensuring that goods, services, and resources are delivered on time while maintaining quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to optimize supply chain processes and support operational goals.

 Responsibilities

• Coordinate and  oversee daily  logistics  and operational  activities  to ensure  timely  delivery of goods  and  services.
• Liaise  with  vendors, suppliers,  and  service providers  to  maintain effective  supply  chain relationships.
• Ensure compliance  with  regulatory and  company  policies regarding  transportation, storage,  and  operations..
• Track  and report  key  performance metrics  related  to logistics  and  operations.
• Support  the  Operations Manager  in  implementing and  improving  processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor ’s degree  in  Logistics, Supply  Chain  Management, Business  Administration,  or a related  field.
• Minimum of 1 years proven experience  in  operations, logistics,  or  supply chain  management .
• Proficiency  in  logistics software  and  tools, such  as  SAP, ERP  systems,  Google Workspace  or Microsoft  Excel.
• Knowledge  of transportation  and  inventory management  best  practices.
