Job Description

• Responsible for collating and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for the operations department

• Responsible for preparing business requirements documents for potential and newly onboarded clients. 

• Responsible for centralizing all operations data for internal and external use.

• Evaluate overall business performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

• Identify problems with new business processes, research solutions and implement the best methods to analyze such problems. 

• Develop and implement strategies for new businesses to ensure optimal operational performance and output.

• Develop rate cards for new and existing businesses 

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required

• Minimum of 2 years working experience as an analyst preferably in a transport and logistics environment 

• A degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel

• Experience analyzing large amounts of data

• Ability to use power BI in creating a dashboard would be an added advantage
