Job Summary

• As an Operations Analyst, Your responsibility is to identify and participate in initiatives aimed at solving key operational problems within the organization and its subsidiaries.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing business administrative activities
• Develop and oversee daily operations and processes
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
• Ensure all business service papers are available
• Support the business to document relevant information for internal and external use
• Assist teams in analyzing and maintaining operational data
• Ensure compliance with best business practices and quality standards
• Contribute to innovation of new products through product/service operations process development
• Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or Social Sciences or related field
• Minimum of 7 years cognate experience with Customer Support Experience
• IT professional certifications
• Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification is desirable.
