Operation Manager at BIYI Signature

BIYI is seeking a hands-on, disciplined, and versatile Operations Manager to oversee daily activities across production, staff coordination, inventory, logistics, and showroom operations. This role is critical to maintaining structure, enforcing standards, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. Candidates must be able to multitask, delegate, supervise, and take ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise tailors, customer service reps, drivers, and store assistants across both showroom and production
• Enforce discipline, attendance, and quality control procedures
• Manage inventory flow: fabrics, finished goods, and accessories
• Coordinate order fulfillment and dispatch timelines with production and logistics
• Track workflow progress using tools like order trackers, delivery logs, and production boards
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews of junior staff
• Liaise with management to ensure goals are met and policies are followed
• Step into basic roles (dispatch coordination, client handling, order checking) when short-staffed

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and multitasking skills
• Proven experience managing operations in fashion, retail, or production-based businesses
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Proficient in basic computer tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, inventory software)
• Disciplined, hands-on, and proactive
• Minimum qualification: HND/BSc
