    Online Customer Support Manager

    The Online Customer Support Manager will lead the Customer Service department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring that the Customer Service Team delivers prompt assistance to all clients.
    • Working with the Customer Service Team to ensure that you have a complete understanding of all sports betting-related topics.
    • Managing and resolving complicated complaints
    • Ensuring that customer service performance is reported and analyzed.
    • Supervise a small staff effectively.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience managing a Customer Service Team in the sports betting/gaming business. Understanding of betting and a passion for gaming and sport.
    • Excellent written and spoken communicator with the ability to thoroughly clarify complex topics.
    • Exceptional troubleshooting abilities.
    • Numeracy proficiency.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed by the company
