The Online Customer Support Manager will lead the Customer Service department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the Customer Service Team delivers prompt assistance to all clients.
- Working with the Customer Service Team to ensure that you have a complete understanding of all sports betting-related topics.
- Managing and resolving complicated complaints
- Ensuring that customer service performance is reported and analyzed.
- Supervise a small staff effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a Customer Service Team in the sports betting/gaming business. Understanding of betting and a passion for gaming and sport.
- Excellent written and spoken communicator with the ability to thoroughly clarify complex topics.
- Exceptional troubleshooting abilities.
- Numeracy proficiency.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed by the company
