What You'll Do
Create an engaging environment, coordinate with key units for smooth onboarding experience
Thorough verification and validation of all onboarding documents
Ensure proper documentation and safe archiving of all onboarding documents
Prepare onboarding kits and document
Schedule and oversee training sessions
Gather and analyse feedback
Suggest and implements approved new onboarding process improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
BA degree in Social Sciences or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in administrative work.
Strong understanding and experience of customer service.
Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft suites
