Offline Marketer at Goonite Hygiene

The Offline Marketer will be responsible for promoting the company’s hygiene products through physical and field marketing activities. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product sales by engaging directly with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, open markets and end-users across assigned territories.

The role requires a proactive, persuasive, and result-driven individual with strong communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s hygiene products within assigned territories.
• Increase product visibility and market penetration in target locations.
• Execute marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct physical product demonstrations and awareness campaigns.
• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and product samples.
• Organize market activations, and promotional events.
• Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, trade fairs, and outdoor campaigns.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports.
• Track product performance within assigned locations.
• Ensure products are properly displayed in stores and outlets by following up with sales representative’s report

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in field marketing, offline marketing, or sales role.
• Experience in FMCG or hygiene product industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage.
