Offline Activation Lead at Proten

Job Description

Summary
You will be responsible for building and growing a nation-wide network of Direct Sales
Agents (DSAs) to sell products. You will be tasked with overseeing and coordinating the activities of the DSAs to ensure easy and direct access of our products to consumers.
Responsibilities

• Attract and retain a sizable network of dedicated DSAs across the country
• Assign sales quotas to DSAs and coordinate their activities
• Track quotas and sales targets of each member of the DSA team per region
• Ensure policies and procedures are in place to assist with the sales activities of the DSAs.
• Maintain supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides, fliers, and brochures
• Analyse customer data to optimise sales strategy and better identify potential prospects.
• Coordinate training for the DSAs to ensure that they are well versed in the products and services provided by MCG
• Provide detailed FAQ templates to all DSAs so that they can effectively answer client questions regarding the products.
• Prepare regular sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with other MCG staff Marketing, product design team and finance to optimise sales.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Marketing/Business or similar field.
• Other: 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar role
• Ability to manage multiple projects/teams
• Excellent Communication skills.
