Office Computer Operator at Value Edge Management Service Limited

Job Responsibilities

• The Office Computer Operator will provide administrative and clerical support to the office executives.

Other tasks among others that will be assigned include:

• Maintaining a clean office space
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Drafting and sending emails
• Report writing and vetting of documents
• Prepare proposals and PowerPoint presentations for executives.

Requirements

• A minimum of OND / HND / Degree
• Minimum of 2-3years working experience as a computer operator
• Must be internet savvy
• Must be proficient in all the Microsoft Office tools and graphics (Strong use of Ms. Excel and PowerPoint presentations will be a huge advantage)
• Must be able to manage and run the front office as well as operate the computers
• Must be smart and mature with sound communication skills
• All applicants must live in or around Lagos Island, Ajah, and Obalende axis.
