OEM Relationship Officer at Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited

Job Summary:

The OEM Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure effective communication. This role involves building and sustaining partnerships, and resolving issues to foster a positive and productive collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs through regular communication, meetings, and negotiations.
• Understand OEMs' needs, goals, and expectations to tailor solutions and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to pursue them.
• Grow existing relationships to increase revenue and market share.
• Facilitate open and effective communication between OEMs, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues, concerns, and conflicts.
• Coordinate and support joint projects, initiatives, and events with OEMs.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on OEM relationships, performance, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, English, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 year Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
