Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions to meet business requirements. The role requires strong technical expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework along with the ability to work on end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules as per business needs.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Odoo.
• Design and develop custom Odoo applications, features, and reports.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo implementations.
• Perform system upgrades and migrations to newer Odoo versions.
• Work closely with functional teams to ensure seamless business process automation.
• Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of Odoo applications.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Maintain technical documentation for all developments and modifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with at least 5+ years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo framework, ORM, and API integration.
• Knowledge of Odoo backend and frontend development.
• Experience with Odoo module customization and development.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, Git version control, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification is a plus.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of business processes in domains like Sales, HR, Inventory, Accounting, etc.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
